...when the Chrisanthidis family opened their first family workshop – store in Nea Karvali, Kavala, where they made their famous kourabie with the traditional flavor of a home recipe. Year by year, the family and their first partners experimented, tried, rejected, and finally created a wide range of premium quality, comparable to the best pastry shops at the time. Meanwhile, the number of their customers and the reputation of their products started to take off. So, in a very short time, they made it into a modern, dynamic bakery and pastry production site.
Today, the company is located in a 5,000 sq.m. site, featuring cutting-edge technology and highly trained staff.
All ingredients are certified and always chosen for their fine quality, receiving the assurance of constant food safety inspections under the FSSC 22000 certification.
At the same time, we always invest in upgrading production lines, improving procedures and selecting the most appropriate packaging materials.

Highway Rest Areas
Our business has expanded into three Highway Rest Areas, where we daily offer a wide variety of baked goods, pastries and other similar products, to thousands of travelers (Greek and foreigners) every year, while passing cars, trucks and buses receive technical support and supplies.
Our bakery franchise Mikros Mylos was created a few years ago to offer a great trip to flavor! We started from Kavala and quickly expanded to Drama. We currently have four stores in these two towns.
