Vikelidis-Chrisanthidis SA assures its production procedures and products by applying the ISO 22000:2005 (HACCP) certified integrated food safety management system. Later, that system was upgraded to the more demanding and stricter FSSC 22000 system, equivalent to BRC & IFS systems. In addition, over the past years we have been HALAL certified, by meeting all requirements of the Islam laws and regulations.
Our scientific staff that inspects all production and quality systems comprises of two food technologists. Our goal is to constantly improve in terms of quality and continue implementing new trends/quality standards in accordance with new laws and regulations, and in line with new trends in the world pastry – bakery industry.
